We offer Stress Management & Personal Development Training on an individual or corporate basis.
 
Clients receive a personal stress assessment to calculate their current stress levels and identify areas of stress in their lives.
 
Stress being defined as any challenge, change, demand or threat that exceeds the coping abilities of the individual.
 
Clients are then taught a number of personal development techniques which may include:
Time Management
Goal Setting
Assertiveness Training
Relaxation Techniques
Visualisation.
Leadership skills
Communication skills
Nutrition to succeed
Recommendations may be made to maxamize a clients potential including exercise, nutritional and lifestyle advice.
 
Complementary Therapy treatments are very advantageous in reducing stress, clients on residential courses receive two treatments during there stay and non resident clients may have a program of therapy recommended.  
 
Why tackle Stress? 
Work-related stress accounts for over a third of all new incidences of ill health.  Each case of stress-related ill health leads to an average of 30.9 working days lost. A total of 12.8 million working days were lost to stress, depression and anxiety in 2004/5
