"It was wonderful to have the opportunity for a therapeutic treatment during my stay at Potting Shed Cottage.  I chose an Ayurvedic massage which included a head massage.  As a treatment it combined the best elements of a 'work out' with deep relaxation and I can strongly recommend it.  Sarah was on time, professional, organised and delivered an excellent, caring treatment
that I thoroughly enjoyed.  I slept like a log afterwards and was so relaxed the next morning I was almost horizontal!"
