Terms & conditionsTreatments are strictly subject to practitioner availability. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a 50% cancellation fee is charged. In the event of a practioner being taken ill or other unforseen circumstances Bodytreats will endeavour to find a replacement practitioner and offer a treatment as near as possible to the one booked. However this may not always be possible. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a 50% cancellation fee is charged. Once a treatment is booked for 60 or 90 minutes this is not subject to change. Therapist may decline to treat if upon completing a treatment questionaire a contraindication to massage is found.
